Susan expanded into coaching women 18 years ago, after seeing so many talented women holding themselves back—whether due to fear, imposter syndrome, or simply not knowing how to position themselves for success.
After working in a predominantly male-oriented business, Susan saw how often women second-guessed themselves or didn’t take up space the way they should. That experience inspired her to focus on helping women show up with confidence and own their success.
Susan’s mission is to help more women stop playing small and start building businesses and brands that make a real impact. Because if there’s one thing she’s learned from Hollywood, it’s this: the world pays attention to women who own their presence.
